Room was great size and facilities with microwave which is rare but the sofa bed when opened is directly hitting the TV cupboard. WADE was exceptional! He checked us in and when there was communications I had with a colleague over the phone that wasn't reflected in the system, Wade assured that he will take my word for it and that went a long way for how I see the hotel. While I could have been unhappy the colleague didnt reflect our convo in the system, Wade did make it right! he also was so polite to excuse himself and had to answer the phone to put it on hold and the communication was amazing --to me and the person on the phone. WHen the phone kept ringing, he politely phoned a colleague to address the phone call so that both me and the caller were both taken care of! Amazing. When I asked about Christmas festivities, he immediately looked for the info as it will benefit me and other guests in the future. SImply exceptional - and all that with a big, authentic, classy smile and demeanor. And oh, did I say he followed up about our stay over iMessage? Amazing, i hope he gets a promotion or a raise. this is customer obsession. Such a class act!

Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland, housed in the historic Multnomah Hotel building, offers a blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. The lobby features classic decorations and a spacious mezzanine area with an adjoining Italian restaurant. Our remodeled room was quiet, spacious, and well-appointed with quality materials and instant hot water, ideal for relaxation. Although "view" rooms are available, they offer limited scenery. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, featuring custom-cooked omelets and a wide variety of other options. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment throughout our stay. In conclusion, Embassy Suites offers good value with a pleasing mix of history and modern convenience. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Check in was very easy. Breakfast was great, there was someone making omelettes and also had a buffet style breakfast with great selections. The room was very clean and spacious. The location was right across the street from voodoo donuts (must try) and food trucks as well. They offered two options for parking valet at $55/ night and garage parking around the corner for $45/ night. We chose to valet since it was only $10 more. While many other reviewers mentioned there were homeless outside this location I must mention that the homeless are ALL OVER downtown Portland. We never personally saw any homeless outside of this location.

The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was very good. On site cafe and bar was very nice. The beds were very comfortable, but the sofa bed was terrible. The room was a very large corner room. There were so many things and places to go within walking distance. The food experience was absolutely wonderful.

Very Cool Old-School Hotel with new hotel Amentities. The Beds were Very Comfortable. The evening reception was a nice way to end the day, and the on-site restaurant was quite good. The morning breakfast had lots of good options, and made-to-order omelettes available.
