Breakfast was amazing! The omelette station was so great! The service workers were very attentive and helpful. My son loved the waffle maker. Complimentary snacks and drinks in the evening were a great gesture! The pool and jacuzzi were so nice! We spent a lot of time there. The music was kind of a nuisance because it’s so loud and echos. But not a big deal. Elevators were quick. Location was perfect!! Close to so many shops and restaurants. The retail stores, Nordstrom, CVS, Nike, etc., are a very short couple blocks away.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Great water pressure, comfy bed, and very clean. The check in staff was super friendly, the valet was helpful and always said hello, and the housekeeping staff was attentive and gave me extra creamer for my in room coffee when I asked. The breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day, I was pleasantly impressed with the selection. The pool was was a great way to wind down… a little small for full laps, but I was able to move around in it and it was the perfect temperature and the hot tub was amazing after long hikes. The location was perfect.. it was kind of in the middle of two downtowns.. a few blocks from the shopping and then a few blocks the other way fun nightlife.

Great value for the suite, loved the extras (free drinks and snacks each night, pool, omelette bar at breakfast), location was great and staff very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Also loved that it was pet friendly.

Room was great size and facilities with microwave which is rare but the sofa bed when opened is directly hitting the TV cupboard. WADE was exceptional! He checked us in and when there was communications I had with a colleague over the phone that wasn't reflected in the system, Wade assured that he will take my word for it and that went a long way for how I see the hotel. While I could have been unhappy the colleague didnt reflect our convo in the system, Wade did make it right! he also was so polite to excuse himself and had to answer the phone to put it on hold and the communication was amazing --to me and the person on the phone. WHen the phone kept ringing, he politely phoned a colleague to address the phone call so that both me and the caller were both taken care of! Amazing. When I asked about Christmas festivities, he immediately looked for the info as it will benefit me and other guests in the future. SImply exceptional - and all that with a big, authentic, classy smile and demeanor. And oh, did I say he followed up about our stay over iMessage? Amazing, i hope he gets a promotion or a raise. this is customer obsession. Such a class act!

Embassy Suites by Hilton Portland, housed in the historic Multnomah Hotel building, offers a blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. The lobby features classic decorations and a spacious mezzanine area with an adjoining Italian restaurant. Our remodeled room was quiet, spacious, and well-appointed with quality materials and instant hot water, ideal for relaxation. Although "view" rooms are available, they offer limited scenery. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, featuring custom-cooked omelets and a wide variety of other options. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment throughout our stay. In conclusion, Embassy Suites offers good value with a pleasing mix of history and modern convenience. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

It is my very first hotel in the USA, so I really do not know what to compare it with, but if we compare it to Europe, it is good, spacious rooms, a good breakfast, and comfortable beds. Downtown Portland is a questionable location, but I did not have any trouble there. Also, they had a little spa, well, this could be better, but since I did not even know about it was a cute bonus for me :)

Location is great. Mother's bistro is a wonderful spot, very friendly and attentive staff. Valet parking was so convenient, especially in the rain. Room has a decent sofa pull out for extra friend.
